AOS's Kirsty MacLeod has been Secretary/Treasurer to the group since 2004, during a period of major change in land ownership and closer scrutiny of land management.
Kirsty was appointed as Secretary/Treasurer of this group in 2018. Duties include arranging and minuting meetings, communication and website updates.
WSFT is a registered charity established in 1996 to maintain and restore native fish populations. Assynt Office Services provides payroll and bookkeeping services.
North Assynt Estate was purchased by the crofters in what was the pioneering community land buy-out in 1993. AOS provided crofting administration services for a number of years, and continues to manage the payroll. Kirsty also set up the new website.

Kirsty worked part time as an assembler from 2015-2019, mainly working with cups, jugs and teapots, as well as assisting with newsletters, Data Protection, and production spreadsheets.
